An experience led by the Paiter Suruí people.

In the Sete de Setembro Indigenous Territory, in Rondônia, visitors will find an experience that combines culture, forest, traditional knowledge, sustainable production, and community-based tourism. The activities are led by the Paiter Suruí people themselves, ensuring a respectful, organized visit connected to the reality of the territory.

A living territory in Rondônia

The experience takes place in the Sete de Setembro Indigenous Territory, amidst forest, cultivated fields, agroforestry systems, community spaces, and places of memory. Cacoal serves as the gateway and support base for the arrival of the groups. From the city, our team organizes the connection with the territory. At Yabnaby Tourism, the group finds lodging, food, and local support throughout the journey.

September 7th Territory

The Sete de Setembro Indigenous Land is the traditional territory of the Paiter Suruí people, located between the states of Rondônia and Mato Grosso.

The territory holds an important history of resistance, forest protection, and future planning. Here, culture, traditional knowledge, environmental conservation, and income generation go hand in hand.

Tourism allows visitors to learn about some of this work directly from those involved, strengthening the local economy and promoting the Paiter Suruí culture.

Cacoal: gateway to the experience

The municipality of Cacoal, in Rondônia, is the main point of reference for visitors arriving.

Known for its production of Amazonian Robusta coffee, the city has an airport, hotels, restaurants, and the necessary services to support the organization of the trip.

From Cacoal, our team guides agencies and visitors on how to get to the Lapetanha Village and can organize reception and transportation services according to the group's needs.
